We’ve seen how consumers were squirming for help earlier this year, as the country suffered one of the worst financial crisis which prompted tons of foreclosures happening throughout the country. I’m also very sure that you’ve seen how these foreclosure properties were sold at rock bottom price, whereby you wouldn’t get such bargains again in your lifetime.

Nevertheless, the US foreclosure figures for the month of November 2009 has fallen considerably. According to the statistics released, it seems that foreclosures fell 8%, which signifies the 4th huge drop this year. On the other hand, close to 31,000 home owners have received permanent modifications to their loan structure, which has also helped them to better manage with their mortgages.

Do you think that 2010 will be a good year to invest in real estate in America?
