Generally the SDXC cards are much faster when compared to conventional storage cards. Of course, Toshiba has recently unveiled their line of SDXC cards, whereby they have disclosed their 64GB SDXC cards recently. Toshiba has also added that their SDXC cards are capable of 60MB/s reads and 35MB/s writes, which is practically very fast indeed.

On the other hand, Toshiba also disclosed that the world’s first 64GB model will be available sometime in Spring.
