Generally, the Palm Pre isn’t the fastest smartphones in the market, but surely you can overclock your Palm Pre, in order to give the smartphone better responses. Basically, it seems that a two phone modders have successfully ‘upgrade’ the operating system onboard the Palm Pre.
And when you install the application that was created by these modders, it will speed up your Palm Pre several megahertz higher. Do take note that the mod has side effects, whereby you’ll notice your Palm Pre to have reduced battery life, and it will also operate at a higher temperature, due to the overclocked onboard processor.
