Looks like there’s yet another ‘Pad’ or aka tablet in the market – dubbed as the OlivePad. Basically, the OlivePad is exclusively available for Olive Telecom users, and this particular pad features a 7-inch touchscreen panel, which has 800x480 pixel resolution. Also, the OlivePad runs on the Android 2.1 operating system, which can be considered as the major highlight of this particular device.
Well the OlivePad also runs on the 600MHz ARM CPU. There’s 512MB of RAM and 512MB of ROM too. And if you find the internal storage to be somewhat lacking, you can further expand the storage via the microSD expansion slot. The OlivePad also comes equipped with a 3 megapixel camera, and it supports any local telco services too.
And if you dislike the iPad, I’m pretty sure that the OlivePad would surely serve as another good alternative to Apple’s product. Take a closer look at the OlivePad:
