My web-based startup has been growing steadily for the past 4 years now, and I can say that the entire working experience has been somewhat interesting and exciting. Nevertheless, part and parcel of growing the business requires me to hire prospective sales executives who can work independently at home. In fact, I have to provide proper training to them, so that they can operate effectively without needing much supervision from me. And judging by the fact that my sales team has been growing steadily, I have resorted into issuing company checks to them. Generally, I issue tremendous amount of checks on a monthly basis, whereby most of these checks are my sales executive’s paycheck. Personally, I find the bank’s rates for new checks to be somewhat high, and this prompted me to search for a viable alternative to get checks at a reasonable rates. Surely, issuing checks on a timely manner to my sales executives is utterly important, as they have worked very hard to help me build the company from scratch, to what it is today. And by paying them on time, I’m sure this somehow shows my appreciation for their efforts in building the company. Well I’m already out of checks, so hopefully, the new batch of checks would come in soon.
