ASUS has introduced a brand new tablet, whereby they have recently showcased the ASUS Eee PC T101MT tablet to consumers. Basically, this particular tablet is an alternative to Apple’s iPad, and it also comes with a display unit which can rotate around, which ultimately transforms it into a tablet unit.
On the other hand, the ASUS Eee PC T101MT is powered by an Atom N450 processor, and it also runs on the latest Windows 7 Starter operating system. And because the Windows 7 Starter edition does not come with multi-touch functionality, you’ll have to do away with such functionalities on the tablet. However, you can still install an advanced Windows version on the tablet, in order to access the multi-touch functions.
Well there’s no definite indication on the price for the tablet, but it seems that ASUS might be selling it at a whopping $500 in the United States.
